Return & Refund Policy
Opened Products (Final Sale) Because yourplug is a consumable focus tool, we hold strict standards for health, safety, and hygiene. For this reason, we do not accept returns or process refunds once a pouch has been opened or the tamper-evident seal is broken. All sales on opened products are final.
Returns on Unopened Products If you change your mind before opening your order, we accept returns on fully sealed, undamaged, and untampered pouches within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@yourplug.life with your order number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for unopened items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders We engineer our products to the highest standard, but if something goes wrong in transit, we will make it right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Contact Email].
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will evaluate the issue and immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund to resolve the friction.
Refund Process If your return of an unopened product is accepted, or if you are eligible for a refund due to damage, we will notify you once we’ve inspected the item.
Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
