Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timelines
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days  
- Other locations: 4–7 business days  

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹ 500 
- A standard shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below this amount  

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order in real-time.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address  
- Unavailability of recipient  

The courier may attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
